Who we are

TRA is an incorporated, non-profit and volunteer based organization that was started in 1999 to provide therapeutic and recreational horseback riding for children and adults with disabilities in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and the surrounding area.

With the help of certified instructors and trained volunteers participants are taught horsemanship skills and are able to participate in recreational and therapeutic horseback riding activities.

TRA is a member of the Canadian Therapeutic Riding Association and the Ontario Therapeutic Riding Association.
